"Hi, welcome back to Expert Village. We are on stretching the calves that is what we are kind of doing right now. So this is the second part; this is kind of difficult okay. You really have to, I mean you don't have to put too much of your body into it but what I like to do is lean back with it. Then we are kind of pulling on the Achilles. Before it was kind of like this but this way you know the person has bad knees or for whatever reason. You kind of want to push back on the heel okay. If you can squeeze and just push back on the heel that would be a really good stretch okay. If you can you can even grab a heel like this push back. Push back and this is good for your Achilles. Remember the tendon is really tight, it is very tight, it is not even muscle. It is a tendon cause it is really really tight. It is like a really soft rubber band and you do not want to break it. So just pull and relax, pull and then relax. It is another way to stretch it out really good. Remember to pull, you can hold on to it and relax, pull back and relax. "
