Video Transcript

"Hi, Welcome back to Expert Village. Now that we've showed some attention to sternum mastoid, that's what we working on. We're going to apply what I call a pinching motion to the scalene. This helps relieve pressure on the scalene and elevated scapula so if you can see what I'm doing is you king of just pinch, kind of just pinch it that's all, pinch, pinch, it's a really tight muscle, really tight believe me. This is where people get a lot of headaches, they get a lot of migraines. This is where a lot of people who sit at a desk, this is where they hold a lot of tension because they have to kind of keep their head back and up. You want to just press it down, press it or what you want to do is just press against it and lean back. That's another good way. So press and lean back a little bit, press, lean back or squeeze. Squeeze, squeeze, squeeze, squeeze, squeeze."
