"Hi welcome back to Expert Village. What we did before with the calf is we warmed it up by doing large circular motions. The next technique is warming up the calf is we are going to wring it, okay. This is really good for arms as well. But we are just going to wring just like wringing a towel out. Okay! That is a good way or creating blood flow, oxygen. Just creating a whole bunch of like channels for fluids just to move throughout the calf muscle. Once you get down here like I said we are dealing with tendons. Tendons do not hold that much blood so that is why they are really tight. That is when you injure them it takes a long time to heal. So we are just going to wring it out. Wring it out down to the tendon. Okay! Just wring it out, just wring it."
