"Welcome back to Expert Village. Now after we do the strokes and warm up the neck, what we're going to do is a stretch OK. We're going to stretch one end and stretch the other. Always, the occipital point, the base of the neck, trapezes, upper trapezes great stretch. Occipital, upper trapezes, great for the knots in your neck because usually this is pretty much where they come from. You may go a little bit higher where the scalene is and you can touch there put the pressure, go all the way down back to the trapezes, but always press occipital. The pressure OK? Always pull opposite ends. That's the stretch, back to occipital, scalene, press down trapezes, there you go."
