You want to go up from the tendon, into the calf, up into the calf. It is always good to start from Achilles and press all the way up the soleus and then separate the calf. That is a good way of warming up just go all along the calf. All the way up and out. Go up, out, up, out, squeeze the tendon, go up and then press out. Just making the calf nice and warm. "
