"So here's our coaster and I've got two colors of Kova color on here, I've got both a white and a green and I've kind of let it dry for a while but you can still sort of see the brush strokes on it. And it doesn?t look quite as nice as it could so what we're going to kind of do one of these polishing acts on it now so I'm just, again, you can use sort of a terry cloth or you can use these kind of fake little sheep skin pieces. And so I'm just going to sort of gently kind of go over it and just kind of buff it a little bit. And what this does is just kind of polishes away a lot of the brush strokes, it just kind of gives it kind of more of an even look to it. It will cause kind of the, you know, cause it to stop looking like it's been painted and more like actually that the three dimensional parts of the leather actually are those colors that you colored it. And so you can kind of do this and just kind of buff it and then once you get that finished then the next thing you can do is add kind of a protective coating over the whole thing."
