"In this clip I'm going to talk about how to use a sponge technique to decorate your completed belly cast. Any sponge is sufficient and I have just cut up a household cleaning sponge and dampened it a bit. I like to use acrylic paints. They're the easiest to clean up and if you are going to have kids help you out with this decorating it's easiest for them to work with also. Now, I'm just going to do a quick sponge technique here; to do a sky. As you continue to sponge along the area it thins the paint out and it leave a little bit of the sponge design on there. So, it's not such an opaque blue sky; you get a little bit of depth with the sponge. So, if you do the blue background first you can switch sponges and go to a white and go over that to put clouds throughout. That is how to use a sponge when you're decorating your belly cast."
