"In this clip we talk about the cleanup process after your belly cast has come off. You want to make sure that you have some clean water available to wipe the model off. The plaster, especially on the sides of the belly will still be on her skin. You want to make sure you gently wipe that off. Any plaster that has gotten on her clothing should come off in the wash. As far as what you have used on the table, wad it up, throw it away. A more important issue is the bowl of water that you have used to dip the plaster. The sediment that comes off of the plaster settles at the bottom of the bowl. It is important that you do not pour it down your drain. You want to make sure that you take it outside into an area that it won't effect. If you do pour it down your drain, that is the sediment from the plaster, can settle in your pipes just as it does at the bottom of our bowl. So, keep that in mind. Don't dump the water from the plaster into your sink. That is how to clean up your area after you've completed a belly casting."
