"In this clip we are going to talk about the best time to do belly casting. We found the best time to do belly casting is between 34 and 38 weeks of pregnancy. That way you'll have your nice full, round belly and you'll still be comfortable enough to stand for about twenty minutes to an hour, depending on how much of the belly you cast. It's also a great bonding experience between you and your husband or your significant other. We've also done belly casting showers and parties where it gets a bunch, a group of women involved to help cast your belly. There's also been people that want to show progression of just different stages. So they'll cast their belly at three months, they'll cast their belly at six months, they'll also cast their body at nine months and then hang them on the wall to show a progression of how they've grown over the time."
