" Hi! I’m Anne Beckett with Anne’s Embroidery in Austin, Texas for Expert Village and I’m almost done with Sebastian’s bird here. Right now I’m doing a or plotting digitizing a triple stitch, triple stitch is a row of stitches where the needle comes back and forth one, two, three times that’s why it’s called the triple stitch and oppose to a running stitch where it just goes run, run, run, run right across the fabric. This is because he has lines in there that I want to fill, I want to see now the running stitch is for the structure or to get from one place to another without putting a jump in, now see I don’t have to see right here he actually has brown there so I can do a triple stitch in there. Now this is a little thicker so I’m going to go in with a satin stitch, it’s going to go across rather than going in the direction he did, it’s just going to go right over what he did which means I can kind of go with the thickness, it changed a little he’s not going to care probably won’t notice but you have to kind of make some decisions. Probably the most fun will be actually digitizing is name because that’s something easily done well fairly easily done if you know what you’re doing and it’s pretty cool. My kids I have their names or their signatures done many times for the past 11 ½ years, they definitely has changed over the years. I’m not going to put sow all because it’ll still go back to the size of the actual drawing so I just want to see the bird and do some here. Zoom. Here we go we have the bird."
