" Hello I'm Annie Brunson on behalf of Expert Village. We are learning on how to make musical instruments out of everyday household items. Today we are going to make a musical instrument out of glasses. You will need 8 glasses or 8 jars. Anything that is made out of glass and preferable the same size it makes it a little easier but they don't have to be. Then you need a jug of water. Now we are going to pour water in these glasses at different heights and I'm going to stop when it sounds good. So I'm going to start with the first one and just pour a little bit of water. Put a little bit more on the next one and we are going to see what the difference is. I'm going to put a little bit more. I think I change it out just a little bit. Start with a empty one. What a nice sound coming down here. Fill this a little bit more. That is quiet deep. Put a little bit maybe in between those and you actually like some sounds you could go ahead and mark on the glass if these are glasses that you could keep. You could mark where the water was that sounded good. That way when the water evaporates you could put water back into the height that you want. "
