How to Make a Table Runner without Sewing

"Hi I am Terri Turco with Expert Village. Now we are going to do a no sew table runner. We just finished the sew table runner and so now it is the no sew. This is for all of you who are in a huge hurry or you do not want to sew and I am going to help you. This is called Stitch Witchery to the rescue. First of all we have a table runner as we discussed before, all you need is a fashion fabric. What is different with this table runner is that it is only going to be one layer, just one. You need one length of however long you want it and however wide you want it. I happen to have the standard 18 inches. You want to make it a little bit wider because the finishing is going to be turned over twice and you are probably thinking turned over twice, what does that possibly mean? I want to build some excitement here. This is the no sew table runner. First you cut out your fashion fabric. That is pretty easy. You do not have to finish any of your edges. When we come back what I want to show you is how to apply that Stitch Witchery and turn it over twice to give it a finished edge without sewing. I think you are going to see if you do not have to sew a finished edge and you just turn it over it is going to be so much faster. I promise that this is a tabletop that you can make out of any leftover scrap fabric and by simply finishing the edges with Stitch Witchery you are going to have something beautiful for that table.
