"Hi, this is Susan Paxton for ExpertVillage. We're continuing with our bow. To start with, we just take our ribbon and we twist it once and then make a loop on the back and then I turn it over and twist it again. Now if you're using a one-sided ribbon you have to twist sometimes twice to get it so that the right side is alsways out. but this is two-sided ribbon so we just keep turning it around and twisting it and making a loop and then twist it again and make another loop. And twist it and make another loop. I like to do about six loops, sometimes eight, depending on how much ribbon I have and I just keep twisting and looping until I get to where all I have left is a tail. Enough for a tail on that. This material actually slips a little bit so I have a little bit of trouble holding on to it, but in the final outcome it still comes out really good. Then I take a heavy-gauge wire and thread it through my fingers and then just twist it tightly around the material and there you have a bow. You can pull the tails down so that they stay in place. Let's pull that down the back. That will look a little better. Sometimes they get a little misshapen so you have to pull on them and get a nice full bow out of it. That would even look good with our pink as a contrast."
