Adding Ribbons to Flower Arrangements

"Hi this is Susan Paxton for Expert Village. Today we are here talking about decorating with flowers. We have built a nice little bud vase here with our carnation. We have added some flowers that are low to the vase, some that are high. We have got our height. We have got filler. We probably need to move this piece over here so it balances it out and then I would like to embellish mine with a little bow and ribbons are really fun. You can buy it by the yard. You can buy it by the bolt. You can choose colors by what you have decorated. Like with our yellow basket we added a yellow bow to bring out the yellow flowers. On this one we are going to add kind of a pinky coral color bow and we just slip it down in there and it adds a special touch to our arrangement. On our bud vase with our roses I added a light pink to bring out the light pink on these roses. These are fire and ice where they are pink on the outside and red on the outside and so that light pink just brings out that light pink on the rose."
