"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Terry. And I'm here today to show you the working's of a forge. Ok, I m going to take my round rod and form it into a vine or a branch on a throttle handle. If this is long enough I don't need the tongs. Ok, I'm trying to work it so it will stay straight. Don't spin it or it will turn around on you. Get close to the end, so you can make the vine smaller. Ok I've got my rod all hammered out now. So I'm going to shape it, in to the shape of branches, or vines for my foliage gate and fencing. See I've got it all bent up there like an "S". Of course there will be other branches coming off. Once I get this branch here bent up, I'll move it in the spot. It will come off like that, and I'll cut it and fit it where I need it. Then weld it on and the leaves will come. And that's how I do my branches and my vines. Put that back in the forge, let it heat a little longer, for our next one."
