"This is Vicki Walker for Expert Village. Today I will be demonstrating how to make a decorative pillow. The fabrics that I would be using today are coordinating fabrics that would be that look nice together and kind of a patchwork fashion. We would be using different sorts of trim that we would be talking about in another clip. But different fabrics that you might want to consider to us to make your decorative pillow are bright colorful fabric like this one. Corduroy is also a nice chose for a pillow. Other floral patterns like this one, some with many other colors like this one, they can be mixed and matched or your could use one solid fabric for a entire pillow. These are all ideas of types of fabric that you might want to use. There is also different styles of pillows. Envelope pillows like this one, patch work pillows like this one, similar to the one that we would be making today and game room pillows, some would be suitable for a little girls room or for a dressy living room as well. These are all ideas that you might want to consider as you decide how to make your decorative pillow."
