Sewing a Floral Piece to Animal Print Piece for Tablecloths

"This is Vicki Walker for Expert Village. We are almost finished assembling the top part of our runner as far as the fabric portion is concerned. This is the hard part. The fun part would be next when we begin to put the gimp and the fringe the pretty part together. But for now we would finish this part by sewing the last seam the floral fabric to the animal print. Then we would move on to the fun part in the next step. I'm just about finish with this seam. When I get to the edge I would be sure to reinforce the edge there to make sure the seam is not coming loose. That completes the top portion of the runner except for the trim that we would be working in a future clip. For now we would head to the ironing board and press the seam so we have a nice flat finish. "
