"This is Vicki Walker for Expert Village. Today we are making a table runner. We have cut the pieces for the table runner and assembled them so we would be able to keep them in order so we can sew the sections together. I pinned the animal print section, a small narrow section to the larger fall pattern on the section on this end. I'm ready to sew. I would use a half inch seam allowance and sew these 2 sections together. When I finish, we would be needing to press the seam to have them a flatter neater appearance on each of the seams. Later we would be sewing the line of the gingham on top to flatten it out and make a nice clean finished edge. "
