"VICTOR FEGHALI: Hi. This is Victor for ExpertVillage.com, and we are here at Foothill Carpet to show you how to buy carpet for your home. Carpets have different ratings for consumers to educate themselves as far as what kind of grade they are getting. So one of the ratings is called star-system rating. Every carpet would have from one- to five-star rating on it, and that's a very easy way for a consumer that doesn't know a lot about carpet to look at the ratings on it. And if it's a one-star rating, it's for low traffic. It's not going to be a very durable carpet. So if they have a lot of traffic in and out, they'll probably need to look into something that is maybe three stars or four stars or maybe five stars. Five stars being better protection, more durable, higher density on the carpet, so bottom line, it's going to last longer. So that's how the star system works. It's on every type of carpet. Whether it's berber or whether it has a pattern, it will have an easy star system on it that will say selection, five stars, and it has protection if it's a Stainmaster so people can learn more about it without--on their own."
