"And here I see a three leveled tray with paper work over flowing from the trays and there doesn't seem to be a clear system. It seems that the paperwork has just been dumped on to the tray and also I personally like to keep files vertical because its easier to go through items that are vertically standing so you can see each item clearly instead of having them piled up and you have to actually finger through the pile to find your paper work. So that is another problem I see."
