"Next we'll look at the bi-colors, absolutely gorgeous tomatoes, sweet, juicy. This is a Pineapple, some of the other varieties in the bi-color are Big Rainbow, Stripe German, Norther Lights, Copia, Hillbilly and once you see the inside of these, just incredible. Very beautiful in a salad, a tomato salad plate. (Get rid of that little bad part there) Coloring goes all the way through the tomato, so you get this marbleized effect."
