"Now, let's look at some orange tomatoes. This is a Persimmons, very meaty, like the Anna Russian, wonderful fruity flavor to these. A Flame, another orange, these small tomatoes I like to cut like this, take that off. Those are red blush to the interior, these are sweet, juicy, it's wonderful in a nice green salad. Isn't that gorgeous. Some of the other orange varieties are Hawaiian Pineapple, there's Kellogg's Breakfast, Orange Banana, they have a lower acid generally and it translates out into a sweet flavor to the tomato."
