"Hello, my name is Tony Ramirez from Tampa, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village this is "Do it yourself home security systems," let's get started. Now this is hard wired home security system, these are usually provided by ADT or Brinks. This is my keypad that I have hidden in one of my closets. Now these are the best ways to protect your house, I believe. Because you cannot be home twenty four hours a day seven days a week so you need that extra protection. Especially if you have a lot of electronics or important materials whether it's photographs or anything that you want to protect. Of course your house is your domain so this is another way to protect things. What you do is pay these companies that ADT brings other companies like that, usually a monthly fee around thirty dollars a month and they monitor your home. Anytime there is a break in, even some of them can feel for fire alarms things like that, they actually call you up whether it is on your cell phone or your house phone to make sure that you are okay. This is a great way to take care of your house. This one here has a basic keypad so whenever you come into the house or getting ready to leave the house you just simply dial in your code. To arm it dial in your code and to disarm it, really basic to set up once everything is setup by the vendor and then like I said you just set it when you're gone and unset it when you are back. Then you have that extra piece of mind like I said this is your hard wired home security system, probably the best way to keep track and keep your home protected."
