"I'm Tony Ramirez from Tampa, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village this is how to build a cd rack. In my case a media rack. Let's go! So the first thing we are going to talk about is the tools that we need. So in this case one of the main things that I'm using is cordless drill. Of course this is your standard drill it does not really matter. Most of my stuff that I?m going to be using has a Philip's head so the attachment that I'm going to use. What else I'm also going to be using a little hand saw this is what I'm going to be using to cut the shelves that I have down to the size, or anything down to flush down to the wall. It is a little handy dandy saw. I'm going to be using a laser level. This is self explanatory, I'm going to actually be shining this on the wall and it would give me a straight line. So when we start making or mounting the shelves and things like that I would actually have a perfect straight line. In addition I?m using trusty tape measure. Of course it is just a standard tape measure. I would be measuring my spacing in between my shelves. When I'm actually mounting the side brackets, anything that I need to do I would be doing with this. Have yourself a pencil or a marker so you can make marks on the wall or on the wood, on the shelves that is really handy to have as well. Even a longer metal level or a standard metal level that is fine to. Have all those and those are the tools that I'm going to be using for hits actually project."
