"I'm going to talk to you about how to create and arrange storage space when you're working in such a small area the amount of storage space you have and how you use it is very important. If other people are going to be using the room it's important that you have everything out of the way and some place where you can find it easily but it won't get in other peoples way, and there's not a chance of messing it up. So any sort of papers rather than leaving them lying out on your desk is better to put them way in a drawer somewhere. Any sort of cables people can trip over them easily and destroy equipment so make sure those are out of the way. You can buy storage units that can be pulled out when you need them and rolled and tucked away when you don't need them so that way while you're using your office you can reach things easily but while things aren't in use they're protected and stay out of the way. Plastic storage containers are great way to keep things organized and out of the way maybe there's a whole stack of photos or papers that you really don't need but you need to keep stored. Put those all in a container and keep it on a shelf or in a drawer somewhere you'll also have all sorts of items that don't really have a lot of place and you're not really sure what you'll need them for but you'll know that you'll need them eventually. Keep those stored all together in one location that way you can find them when you need them but they're out of the way for most of the time when you don't need them. Because you'll be working with a limited amount of space the key to making sure you use this space efficiently is making sure everything has a place and can be easily kept out of the way."
