"Now we’re going to talk a little bit about things you really want to try to avoid in your home, and these are probably things everybody has and I’m not saying just go and throw it away because it’s already there, but when you have a new product and it’s toxic, the longer you have it the better because it’s had time to outgas. So the more new items you have in your home the worse it is, because those items have everything from different types of plastics they’re made with, vinyls, whatever, and they’re outgassing and you’re breathing that in. If you’re constantly bringing and introducing new things into your home, let’s say your redecorate and you replace your throw rugs in your bathroom that are rubberized on the back, every month that’s toxic and those toxins are outgassing into your flooring, into your airspace and you’re breathing it more and more so the less you can change things like that, the better.
