"What we have here, the mechanical biscuits, they call them, utilized in joining two surfaces of wood together. On the average, you can say that there's only three types of biscuits. Number 20, number 10 and 00. These are the very basic biscuits utilized in plate joinery. Your tool comes with a preset gauge and as you can see, this little dial rotate the appropriate depth of the biscuit. So should we utilize number 20, you rotate this little dial until you see 20. Should you switch to number 10, we just rotate it to number 10 position. And what will happen, that preset will cause the blade to go only so far in to accommodate the size of this biscuit.
