" How are you doing? My name is Noah Richardson from Elliot Construction. Like I was saying about the floor, you want to make sure you have your plumbing done and everything. Like I said, when you go over all these steps with the sheet rock and all you don’t want to be going through all these steps of raising up the floor and dealing with the floor afterwards. You want to make sure that’s done first before you even start with the sheet rocking. Like I said, the plumbing is finished right now. Basically, what I need to do in here is just get some Hardy Baker. We don’t have it here right now, but you usually put down the Hardy Baker because it’s a kitchen and they’re going to want to do tiles and all that stuff. You put down the Hardy Baker, you screw it down just like you see plywood is screwed down all over the kitchen. When you screw it down all over the kitchen, you just basically get your tiles and start tiling. And there basically you have a kitchen, a brand new kitchen. "
