How to Re-Pot a Fern

"Hello! My name is Reggie Whitehead. Today I am going to be speaking with you about growing tropical ferns courtesy of the Tropical Fern Exotic Plant Society and on behalf of expertvillage.com. So how are going to propagate and grow all these ferns that we have. Occasionally what we need to do is we need to re pot a plant. A simple of way of doing that is taking and removing the plant out of the pot and this one, the roots are all around so it is time to be removed. We find a pot, the next size largest and this is a good size pot so we are removing from here to here. We fill it with some soil. I use special mix. I normally put a little time released dynamite in there and mix it in the soil, put in a little more soil. This is where I keep my soil."
