"Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we will show you how to build a privacy fence around your yard. Now we are going keep working on our cement. I'm just going to use this stick to kind of work our cement into place. We want to get it all around the post and then we need to take a stick or an object and punch it into the cement all around the post to try and get the air bubbles out of the cement. You may see air bubbles coming up out of the cement. So what we are doing is working the cement down into the hole all the way around the post. The air bubbles in the cement would reduce the strength of your cement so you want to get all of these air bubbles out of there."
