"Hi! I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village and today, we are going to learn how to build a barbecue pit. Now we have selected the proper location for our barbecue pit and we are going to dig a hole approximately two and half feet across by two and half feet. It's just a round hole. So we are going to begin digging our hole. Now you want to make sure before you dig, that you are not going to be digging into any underground gas lines or underground electric cables. You also want to make sure there are no gas lines, sewer lines, underground telephone cables that you may dig into. So you can always call on the telephone. Many places have a dial before you dig program where you can actually find out if there are any underground utilities that you may dig into. "
