"Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village and today we're going to show you how to change the lock on your commercial steel door. Now we're going to put on the inside cylinder, yes I can see that this lock is a little bit crooked in here. So I'm going to go ahead and look at the threads, make sure that they're ok. That all looks fine. Next, we're going to go ahead and I'm going to loosen up this other one here, so that its not binding this locking mechanism. So here we go, I'm going to try this again. I'm going to turn it to the left first to feel where the threads; there we go. Maybe. No, it still feels a little crooked. This is a little tricky here. Yes this is the most tricky part. Well the threads just have to catch into this one little area. There it is, so now do you see how it is? Once the threads catch it is a pretty smooth threading. So we're going to go ahead and screw this side back in and then we're going to screw this side in. We're going to screw this side in a little bit more. We're going to try and get these so that they are about the same number of threads screwed in. Ok, that?s about it there. That?s pretty just about right there."
