"Hi! I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village and today we are going to show you how to build a fire in your backyard barbecue pit. Now we are going to continue building our fire in the cone shape and it just takes a while to do this but you just keep building it. Now I am using a variety of woods. Just basically whatever type of wood I have, I save it in a woodpile that is off the ground. When you do have a woodpile, make sure that it is not touching the ground anywhere or you will have termites which are a real pest so you don't want to get termites in your area so always have your wood up on a woodpile. So I am going to put on some more kindling wood. First the newspaper will burn and then the kindling wood will burn and then you can begin putting on the larger pieces of wood. "
