"Hi I am Mark Williams and on behalf of Expert Village and the producer of this series you can visit our website at www.williamspictures.net. Also another thing to keep in mind is taking the cover off. When you take the cover off do not set it up and down. Lay it flat on the floor on top of a towel of something - you don't want to break your lid. But in the top there is a overflow tube and we show you that. In the toilet you have your ballcock which is were the water stops and you have a overflow tube. In the toilet that has a lot lime and lot of rust you are going to want to take and pour some of the leftover de-limer down inside this tube. You don't have to worry about corroding to much because you don't put in this acidic mixture very often. But you pour that down in there and that clears out any lime that is down in the insides of the toilet where any minerals has developed that were dissolved in the water or any rust. Don't forget to put drip a little bit down in there probably about a cup."
