"Hi I am Mark Williams and on behalf of Expert Village and the producer of this series you can visit our website at www.williamspictures.net. Also the chemicals cause gunk and that gunk builds up as the chemicals evaporate and it is usually up in the faucet handle where you don't even see it a whole lot until you hire a plumber to come and fix your dripping faucet and then they reveal that you've got all this gunk built up underneath there and it's actually corroded the nuts of the faucet together and it makes it even more costly to get repaired. Soap scum is a question that always comes up in our trade. Soap scum is caused from the soap being slightly dissolved in the water and when your water evaporates it leaves behind that really dull looking spotty mess. So we are going to go through now and we are going to show you the various tips and points of prevention and removal of these various build-ups."
