"Today I would like to talk to you about how to properly use and maintain a high limb chainsaw. Prior to the invention of the high limb chainsaw, we had what was called the pole saw which is basically a saw on a long pole and you manually sawed the limbs off. This pole extends in most cases up to 12 feet and what it allows you to do is cut limbs off of trees which out having to use a ladder. Well this one is pretty labor intensive having to saw back and forth. Some clever person invented the pole chain saw so it is basically a chain saw on a long pole and with the assistance of a gas powered engine, it allows us to much quickly and much more easier to trim limbs off of our trees."
