"Ok. Our next step now, is going to be to set the saw up for a three and a half inch cut to make this board three and a half inches wide. Same with my tape measure, it's three and a half inches from the fence to the inside of the blade. And, we'll go ahead and rip the board right now. There we go. Three and a half inches, pretty good. Our next step is going to be to arrange the dimensions of the base and cut the wood so that it fits the base."
