"Now that you've cleaned your roses and got them ready to put in water, you're going to want to wire them. Wiring them will hold the head up because you're going to want these to last for about seven days. This just helps because the weight of the bud of the flower can get a little bit heavy after about five days so it'll start to kind of, we call it bent neck, it will kind of droop. So, in order to prevent that you're going to wire the rose. Now, you take twenty two gauge florist wire and we only need about half of this length. We're just going to want to go down about half the stem. So, I'm just going to cut these wires in half. So, we cut them and then, you take the wire and you go right underneath the head of the rose. There's one little part, here, I'll move this so you can see, you're just going to want to pierce that part of the rose and just put the wire in ever so slightly, just until you feel it go through the petals. Then, you're going to take the wire and very close to the wire, you're going to turn the flower around and wrap it with the wire. When you get towards the bottom you're just going to take this part of the wire and push it up. And that's how you wire a rose."
