Using the Gua of a Room in Feng Shui

"So now I'm going to explain to Jason and Michelle how to use the bagua in their home, and how to figure out which areas are where in their apartment. Right now we're standing at the front door of the apartment, and we're going to figure out where the overall life areas are for your home. Wherever the door is where career is going to be. The key is to stand in the doorway like we are, and hold the bagua in front of you. Then you're going to know that directly opposite you, in the kitchen, that's where fame is. Over in that corner, where the kitchen table is, that's going to be partnership. This corner right over here is helpful people. Right over there where you have the bookshelf, and the pictures of your child is actually where children and creativity are. That's why she likes destroying that so much. That could be why. Over in the corner where your bedroom is, that would be the wealth corner of your home, and then actually where McKenna's room is family, which makes sense. This corner over here would be knowledge and spirituality. McKenna may not like that. This is how you're going to figure out what life area is where in your home. Is there a life area that we could focus in on that you would want to work on, where you think you could have more energy flow, and maybe want to raise the chi a little bit? She says wealth, and he says career. This is the career section, and there is not much going on here. This is true, there is not much going on here. It's a doorway, and there isn't always much to do there, but there's definitely something we can do, and I find that interesting because wealth and career obviously are connected. Your career is going better, you?re going to make more money. I think we'll probably focus on both of those areas, and I'm going to show you all different ways to work on those areas, different cures you can use. There's all different kinds of things you can do with light and color and sound, life force, and plants, and all kinds of things. I'm going to give you a sample of different kinds of things you can do for that, and I'm going to let you guys choose what you like the best because it's your home, and it's important that you like it. The goal is, when you walk into your space and you like what you see, it affects your personal chi, your energy, and you will take that energy into whatever you're doing in your home. When you go out into the world to work, if you love what's happening at home, you're going to take that feeling out into the world. You're going to work better, and you're going to make more money. So that's what we're going to do next."
