"So, what we want to do when we're using these spaces is to try to maximize your real living space. So, we've got a problem in here because we've got a rectangular room, which I always see as more of a challenge than a square room. So, the first thing we have to consider is what we need to do. One of the things we need to do is to bring all of the junk back in here, so I have to create storage. Not a huge fan of built-ins, but this is a room that became the dumping ground. We need to put that stuff back in here and make it in a beautiful way. The system I'm going to use is a California closet system, and we can come out to three feet with them, but here I'm choosing to come out with just two feet. Okay. So, we're going to have two feet coming out here, versus the three feet we're required for the washer and dryer. So this should become, I, I just want this to go away. This will just become our natural wall, but it will really be a very custom closet system. People will be surprised as to how affordable these systems really are. I've been away from a do-it-yourself project because I feel that it takes so much time to figure out how these systems work. In the long run, it's more cost effective to hire an outside closet company to come in and build these. You'll find it incredibly affordable in the long run, and saves some weekends for yourself. So, we're going to just take off two feet from this wall, which is going to help as maximize our square footage. This should leave us with about eight feet from that window to where I'm standing. Not terrific, but not bad, big enough to have a couple of nice chairs or a, oversize chairs or love seats, so they'll have a little TV, extra TV watching area here. If he wants to watch a football game while she's in watching something else."
