Video Transcript

"Hello! My name is Lindsay on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this clip I’m going to be showing you how to measure out the length and width for your tabs. You’re going to pick an edge for your fabric to start at, then you’re going to put your measuring tape there and you’re going to measure 6 inches and you can either mark it or put a straight pin in it, either one. And then you’re going to go width wide 3 inches and make a mark…and you’re going to do this about 8 times make about 8 tabs. Then we’re going to cut it out and these are going to be your tabs because they’re going to be folded in half and then we’re going to sew the bottom and this will be the tab that hangs the curtain. So go ahead and make the other 7 and cut them all out."
