"Hi! I'm Lori for expertvillage.com, and today we're at Archibald Flowers and we're going to talk about how to purchase flowers. Well, I guess the first thing would be that you need to know what you want to purchase. A lot of times people come in and they really don't know what they want. For me, it would be how do you want the person to respond to what you buy. If it's your anniversary, generally you might go with roses, but maybe your wife doesn't like roses, or your girlfriend or whatever. In that case, you would purchase something that they like. For me, when somebody would come in and they say I don't really know what I want. Generally we would discuss with them at that point, well are there certain colors that she likes. Most people are very open to what we would suggest. A lot of times we would suggest what is the best product that we have that day."
