"Hi! I'm Joshua Lindsey with CFM Building Science Solutions. On behalf of Expert Village. we are going to do a quality assurance walk through on this house. Entertainment areas are kind of a tricky area because of the fact you are going to spend a lot of time in here. You are going to bring your friends and your family over and they are going to spend time in your living room and they are all going to be staring at this right here. So take a look at some of your arches. Make sure that your arches look nice. If you step back a little bit and you kind of move away from them, you can notice that each of the arches are supposed to go to the same height and they are supposed to stop on the bottom. You could draw a line across the bottom of each arc and across the top of each arch to make them all look nice and neat, to make them look straight across there. Again, another area like we were talking around the windows, sand up these corners. Make those corners look nice. Have them touch those up. When you get back and you kind of step back against this tile here, for instance, you have a couple of pieces of tile where one is kind of bubbled out over the other one and this one is set back a little more than that one is, try to get them to make that stuff look nice and straight. I mean the best way is to take a 4 foot level and put that level right on front of here and see the gaps and the discrepancies behind it. Make that stuff look nice. These little touches are really going to stand out in the end. "
