"Hi! I'm Joshua Lindsey with CFM Building Science Solutions. On behalf of Expert Village, we are going to do a quality assurance walk through around this house. What you are going to be looking at stuff in your home here is that a lot of this stuff is going to be the drywall. Obviously, if you kind of look at it at an angle here, you've got a pretty flat drywall texture on this wall and you want to go through the house and you want to make sure there aren't areas like for instance right here, where we were supposed to sand the drywall down and we missed it. Make sure that there are no discrepancies the way your texture works. Don't think that you are being too picky about stuff like this. It is okay to pick on stuff like this because that was supposed to have been done before it was painted and some of these discrepancies can't really be seen until after it is painted. Well then you need to come back and fix them and a lot of times that doesn't happen. Also look at the way your drywall is working right here on the window. A lot of times you will get gobbed up drywalling here and there and you will get little globs of pieces that need to be sanded down and just made to look nice. I mean it takes a half a second for the guys that have the right tools to come in and make this look nice before you move in. "
