"Hi! I'm Joshua with CFM Building Science Solutions. ON behalf of Expert Village, we are going to do a quality assurance walk around this house. We are here in the entry of what is called going to be your new home and this is one area that I would spend a whole lot of time on. You are going to have people come visit you and they are going to spend a little time. They are going to ring your doorbell like this and they are going to spend a little time standing here like boy, these boys had a really crappy builder. Based on the entry of your home, so look at this area. Take notice to the fact that right up here on the corner we've got stucco that is over on the drywall. I mean, have your builder clean stuff like that off and paint the drywall like it is supposed to be. Take notice of any stucco discrepancies you might have in here like right next to here. I mean that you've got to remember that the people that are going to ring your doorbell stand here for a few seconds. They are going to notice these kinds of things. They are going to be like wow, what a crummy house. You know really pick a part of the entry part of your home and make it look good. Close your door and pick that whole thing apart because people are going to be standing here and they are going to judge your house off of the entry of it. "
