"Hi! My name is Joshua Lindsey with CFM Building Science Solutions. On behalf of Expert Village, we are doing a frame walk and insulation inspection on this home. This label that we have on here that certifies this light as an air tight cam light. You really want to look for this. Cam lights are a nice thing in a home but they are extremely leaky as far as air goes. They move air right through them like horrible and so what we want to do is get an air tight cam light. First off, you are going to start at the very beginning of the construction putting an air tight cam light in here and then when you go and put the final trim on them and stuff, you want an air tight trim that goes on there. This whole thing needs to be air tight so that we don't have to worry about the air that we've spent our hard earned money keeping this house cool leaking right up into our attic. "
