"My name is Judy Williams representing expertvillage.com, and today we are talking about different ways to decorate your dining room. For your seasonal occasion I like to use a total different table cloth and different arrangement. So with this I have selected one of the shades that is in my chairs and I used throughout my dining room in other places so this blends without being the exact same color. The table scape that I'm going to demonstrate I saw something similar at a local design shop; and it was quite expensive, so what I did was look around in some budget stores for things that were similar. I found some really wonderful things that the cost was probably was less then a third. What I'm using to start out is my base, just a very small square mirror, and then a round mirror, and you will see that this is at the half mark of my table. Then something that I especially like is this reindeer. Again I just purchased it at a little fads shop and I placed it on the mirror. You will notice that the gold really widens up and it picks up the tones of my chairs and tones in the room. Again I'm want something very tall and very dramatic. So I have selected one of these trees, and you will see the different shapes that I'm using, but at the same time I'm picking up the round, the circular, the rounded shape of the tree and then the cylindrical. So I have a flat surface that is my base, horizontal lines with the deer, a very tall vertical lines with that tree. Then I'm decorating that tree the same color, and then I'm using a very textured cone shape item which is very, very easy to make. That sits on the mirror. Again you will see how I'm being repetitious. I have a curve that curves around on the back of the deer, but again cylindrical with texture. So there is a lot of texture. Then I'm repeating that with a small tree. Then I'm adding a little pizazz with a silver tree to the front."
