"My name is Judy Williams representing expertvillage.com, and today we are talking about different ways to decorate your dining room. I'm going to demonstrate a fall arrangement of tablescape for the fall. You will notice that I just pulled a glass tray, round with some lip, from my china cabinet, and I'm going to place a candle. I put some inexpensive glass clear glass marbles in the bottom. Some candles. And I melted them down to give it a sort of a anchor feel. Then one of the things that I like to do is dry flowers. When somebody gets new flowers and I take my roses I really don't put them in anything I just turn them upside down and let them dry. What I will do is anchor this with some of the darker flowers at the base. As I move out I use some lighter colored flowers that pick up shades of the table cloth and other accents here in the dining room. I just kind of space those out and then I add in some of this fruit a little bit. I don't use a lot of this; I just add a little bit for color. And you will notice I'm turning up my orange tones in fruit here. I just kind of ease that in, and then I draw large flowers and you will see that I selected a couple that are my focal point, and I will place these just for accent pieces and you arrange them. "
