"Hi this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip I will be showing you how to touch up paint by counter tops and baseboards. The same procedures apply for touching up around counter tops as it does for touch up around baseboards. Here we have a counter top where there is a little area of white that was missed when it was initially painted and we need to go ahead and touch that up. The first step is to use painters tape or masking tape and mask off the area that we don't want painted. Next we are going to use a small brush that has bristles that come up to a nice fine tip if you need to use a child's paintbrush that would also work. I'm going to be taking just a little bit of paint and paint over my white area if you get paint on the masking tape that is alright because it is covering up what we don't want painted. Once that area has been painted you can go ahead and remove that masking tape and that would give us a nice crisp clean line. Now you might notice that there is still a little bit of primer that on our counter top itself I'm going to let the paint dry and then I'm going to take a razor blade and carefully scrap that off. "
