"Hi! This is John on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip, I am going to show you Part 2 in replacing an old electrical outlet. The next thing that we need to do is go ahead and remove the lower screws and the upper screws that are holding the electrical outlet into the receptacle box, and go ahead and pull that outlet out a ways. After that what you need to do is go ahead and take your wire clippers and cut the wires that are connected to the outlet."
